Hayes Barnard is Chairman and Co-Founder of GoodFinch and brings more than 25 years of experience across clean energy, financial services, mortgage lending and technology. He is also the Founder, Chairman and CEO of GoodLeap, a leading U.S. residential solar lender, and Founder of GivePower, a nonprofit providing solar-powered solutions for water, food and electricity in developing communities. Previously, Hayes founded Paramount Equity Mortgage, which originated approximately $20 billion of mortgages, and Paramount Solar, which was acquired by SolarCity. He subsequently served as Chief Revenue Officer of SolarCity, helping grow the business by approximately 400%. Hayes is a graduate of the University of Missouri.

Tanguy Serra is a Partner, Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder of GoodFinch, with extensive experience across investing, capital markets, clean energy and financial technology. He also served as President and Chief Investment Officer of GoodLeap, helping establish the company as a leading U.S. residential solar lender. Previously, Tanguy worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley and spent nearly a decade investing institutional capital at TPG. He co-founded Vivint Solar and later served as President and Chief Operating Officer of SolarCity, where he oversaw approximately 10,000 employees as the company grew to approximately 40% U.S. residential solar market share. Tanguy is a graduate of ESCP Business School in Paris.

Marc Pangburn is a Partner at GoodFinch with extensive experience across sustainable infrastructure investing, capital markets, portfolio management and corporate finance. Prior to joining GoodFinch, Marc held several senior leadership roles at HASI, including Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer. During his tenure, he helped lead more than $12 billion of investment activity and oversaw initiatives including HASI's CarbonCount Holdings 1 partnership with KKR and the company's inclusion in investment-grade debt indices. Earlier in his career, Marc worked at a solar development company and within the private capital group at New York Life Investments. He has also advised the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center and Ceres. Marc is a graduate of Drew University.

Nick Franchot is a Partner at GoodFinch with experience across private credit, institutional investing, hedge funds and public policy. Prior to joining GoodFinch, Nick led the credit investment program at Hall Capital, a multi-family investment office with approximately $50 billion of assets under management. Previously, he invested at global macro hedge fund Passport Capital and served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury during the first term of the Obama Administration. His experience spans credit underwriting, portfolio construction, macroeconomic analysis and financial policy across public and private markets. Nick holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Yale University.

Spencer Hunsberger is a Partner at GoodFinch with nearly two decades of experience across structured finance, energy finance, banking and asset management. Prior to joining GoodFinch, Spencer was Managing Director and Head of Energy Origination at ATLAS SP Partners, an Apollo investment platform, where he led investment, portfolio management and capital markets activities. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Head of Energy and Infrastructure Finance at Credit Suisse and held senior roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays in London, New York and São Paulo. Spencer has also served on the investment committee of Apollo's tax credit investment platform. He is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Cambridge and holds Series 24, 79, 7 and 63 licenses.

Andrew Mills is a Partner and Co-Founder of GoodFinch with experience across financial technology, clean energy, investing and business development. Andrew was the first employee of GoodLeap, where he helped build the company's early operations before co-founding GoodFinch with Hayes Barnard and Tanguy Serra. Previously, Andrew worked at SolarCity, where he helped launch the company's first international expansion in Mexico City and gained experience across the rapidly growing residential solar industry. His career has focused on building and scaling businesses at the intersection of clean energy and financial services. Andrew graduated from Princeton University, where he served as Captain of the Varsity Soccer Team and President and Co-Founder of Princeton's Best Buddies chapter.

Jamie Hutson is a Partner at GoodFinch with extensive experience across renewable energy investing, project finance, capital markets and asset management. Prior to joining GoodFinch, Jamie spent six years at Distributed Solar Development Renewables, the former commercial solar division of GE backed by BlackRock, where he served as Chief Investment Officer. He led underwriting, capital markets and asset management and helped develop or acquire more than 500 MW of commercial solar assets representing over $2 billion of project capital. Previously, Jamie worked at GE Capital Energy Financial Services, focusing on utility-scale renewable energy tax equity investments. He has completed more than $6 billion of renewable project finance transactions and holds an MBA and Master of International Affairs in Energy Economics from Columbia University.

Erik Fogelberg leads GoodFinch's EV charging investment program and brings more than 35 years of experience across clean technology, sales, business development and infrastructure. Prior to GoodFinch, Erik held senior leadership roles at Wallbox and ChargePoint, where he led North American operations and commercial sales, respectively. Earlier, he led global sales at NECES, focusing on utility-scale battery storage, and from 2010 to 2017 led SolarCity's commercial solar business, where his team deployed more than 1.2 GW of solar and solar-plus-storage projects. His experience spans EV charging, battery storage, distributed generation and commercial energy infrastructure. Erik holds a BA with honors in Spanish Literature and a minor in Economics from UCLA.

Andrew Coronios is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of GoodFinch and brings extensive experience across structured finance, securitization and secured lending. Prior to joining GoodFinch, Andrew was a longtime partner at Norton Rose Fulbright and Chadbourne & Parke, where he focused on complex and esoteric asset finance. He advised on several pioneering residential solar financings, including SolarCity's first residential solar securitization and early solar loan and tax equity securitizations, and was named Deal Maker of the Year by The American Lawyer in 2014. He has represented financial institutions, investment funds and corporations in billions of dollars of financing transactions. Andrew holds a JD from Albany Law School and a BA from Tufts University and is admitted to practice in New York.

Nira Desai is Director of Finance at GoodFinch, where she oversees accounting, finance and tax operations. She brings more than a decade of experience across accounting, financial operations, controls and risk management. Prior to joining GoodFinch, Nira spent ten years at Waterfall Asset Management, where she supported the firm's growth from approximately $2 billion to $10 billion of assets under management. She served as Director of Finance and Control, overseeing accounting and operational processes in the U.S. and Europe, and later as Director of Risk Management, where she established the firm's counterparty risk function. Nira began her career at KPMG. She holds undergraduate and master's degrees in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a New York-licensed CPA.
